“And Sell Not The Covenant Of Allah For A Small Gain”

“And Sell Not the Covenant of Allah For A Small Gain” [An-Nahl: 95]. Brothers of Islam There has indeed been an excellent example for you in Ibrahim and those with him, when they said to their people: ‘Verily, we are free from you and whatever you worship besides Allah. We have rejected you and there has emerged between us and you, hostility and hatred forever, until you believe in Allah Alone’.”
So who is being addressed by this Ayah, O assembly of ‘Ulama? Is it being addressed to us, the Muslims? Directed at all of us?
And have you implemented this Verse with the rulers of your lands? Or are you coexisting with them and not displaying hostility and hatred against them!?
And are the rulers governing with the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet? And if they aren’t governing by the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, and they are not taking the Book of Allah as their constitution in their private and public lives and in the law by which they rule the land: Are they Kuffar or not?
